Brilliant Photonics is looking to build community agriculture projects that lower the energy costs for local production of high value produce such as fruits and vegetables. There is a trend for Indoor growers to fucus on producing leafy greens and microgreens due to the quick turnaround time and ease of growing. They are great for salads but is not hearty enough to actually feed people. Much more emphasis needs to be placed on indoor growing of fruits and vegetables.
We are looking for partners to help make an impact local food production and develpop a sustainable agriculture model.
